1. Assessment & Examination

Clinical assessment and examination by a Consultant Breast Surgeon.

2. Radiological Assessment

Mammogram (over the age of 40) and Ultrasound (as required).

3. Biopsy

A needle takes a piece of tissue from any abnormality to be examined under the microscope in the lab. Results can take up to three days.
